How to use PROGENT

Wash and rinse hands thoroughly before handling contact lenses.

Step 1. Clean lenses

Place the lenses into PROGENT vial caps in the appropriate Right or Left holder.

Step 2. Open the doses

Open both doses carefully. Gently and slowly twist the tip without touching the opening or 
squeezing the dose.

Step 3. Fill dose A and B

Insert the tip of dose inside the PROGENT vial and fill slowly, first with solution A, then solution B, taking care not to spill any.

Step 4. Mix and shake

Close the PROGENT vial cap securely and gently shake it a few times

Step 5. Soaking

Soak the lenses in PROGENT for 30 minutes 
maximum.

Step 6. Remove the lenses

Remove the PROGENT vial cap and discard PROGENT mixture into sink with running tap water.

Step 7. Rinsing

Open PROGENT Rinsing Solution container and empty entire contents into PROGENT Vial. Replace PROGENT Vial cap tightly (with lenses still in holders) and gently shake the vial.

Step 8. Post- PROGENT Care

After removing lenses from the vial, clean and disinfect lenses using Unique pH™ or another preferred solution, following the product’s labeled instructions.

Step 9. Care the vial

Rinse the PROGENT vial and its cap thoroughly with Unique pH or LacriPure Saline Solution and allow to air dry.

Progent A: Sodium hypochlorite

Progent B: Potassium bromide

Rinsing Solution: 0.9% NaCl (normal saline) solution
Suitable for use with All types of RGP lenses
Precautions
  1. DO NOT soak lenses for more than 30 minutes as lenses may discolor. This will not affect their quality.
  2. IMPORTANT - DO NOT swallow.
  3. DO NOT use PROGENT A and B solutions separately.
  4. Avoid contact with the skin and clothing. May bleach fabric if spilled.
  5. DO NOT use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
  6. Use bi-weekly for lenses worn daily (and after removing extended-wear lenses).
  7. PROGENT is a single use dose. Discard solution after each use.
  8. Store at room temperature (59-77°F).
  9. Store out of direct sunlight
